About Us
We are highly experienced in all aspects of carpentry, joinery and general property maintenance, providing a fast, efficient and highly professional service to domestic and business customers. We are equally at home maintaining Victorian mansions or modern ‘traditional’ build properties. We are also happy to maintain all types of business premises and rented properties.
We are able to provide all manner of specialist equipment to complete larger projects, including mini-diggers, hydraulic ramps and scaffolding. We are also able to provide a complete range of Electrical & Plumbing services through our NICEIC and Corgi registered business associates.
Our policy is to provide a rapid response to customer requests for detailed written quotes. Where we are fortunate enough to receive authorisation to proceed, we aim to complete the work within a timeframe agreed with the customer. When we say that ‘no job is too small’, we mean just that, though we do have a minimum labour charge of £50.
Meanwhile, we hope you will enjoy the following photo gallery. The photography captures just a few of the projects we have completed in recent years.
Instructed by the management company to completely refurbish the exterior of a substantial 18th century mansion house. The property was in an advanced state of deterioration, having received little or no maintenance for half a century or more. Our task was to painstakingly repair/replace the damaged rendering, fascia, soffit, guttering and down-pipes, then apply specialist finishes to the masonry and wood. |

We received instructions to landscape a very substantial area of garden, approaching 200 square metres in size, with numerous existing levels. Steps were built to access both ends of the newly created upper and lower levels. A new car-park was then constructed on the lower level at the far end of the land, having first knocked down a wall that was blocking access to the existing driveway. |

An interesting project to create two smaller rooms out of a very large room. The new stud-wall was positioned so that each of the new rooms would benefit from 2 of the 4 existing windows. Access to the second room was achieved by creating a new door through to an adjacent room. All new skirting boards were supplied to match the existing. Our NICEIC business partners installed new ceiling lights and light switches. |

A project to upgrade the exterior of a garden flat and construct a new patio area with drainage. We removed the old door and re-sited the new door flush with the exterior. Approximately 80 square metres of old tarmac and concrete were dug up and removed, allowing for a concrete base to be laid, carefully routing all rain-water into newly created drains. Three tons of loose chippings were then laid level across the surface to create the patio and barbeque area. |
